Within the Skills Immigration category of the BC Provincial Nominee Program is the BC PNP Tech Program. Some of the most enviable tech businesses in the world can be found in British Columbia and the province is proudly positioned to support new and thriving tech businesses. This program makes it easier for these BC-based companies to bring the foreign workers they need to BC and help them settle in Canada while also contributing to the sector and the economy.
As part of the Skills Immigration category, draws within the application pool under this program are targeted to only those with tech experience. It’s a way for tech businesses in the province to obtain the talent needed quickly. Because of the growth in this sector, applications are processed faster by the government.
